The Sunridge 2   This home is very similar to our Sunridge 1 plan. With the major difference being an the master bathroom has been reconfigured to include a whirlpool tub. Ok so we have a lot of popular plans. But there is something that keeps people coming back to this one. Maybe it's the huge master bedroom with the walk in closet. Maybe it's because the master is secluded and on the opposite side of the home from the other two bedrooms. Or it could be that the kitchen has a very roomy feel to it and has an unobstructed view to the Great Room giving a true openess to this home. Maybe it's the covered patio that comes standard. It could even be the huge unfinished basement and all of its possibilities. Then again since this home generally sells between $185,000 to $220,000 depending on lot price and options it may be the VALUE this plan delivers.
